‘The Prince’s Quest’ COMES TO MIDSUMMA
A FULL OF LAUGHS FAIRYTALE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY ABOUT THE SEARCH FOR LOVE
The Prince’s Quest, a premier events of MidSumma 2013 is a musical comedy about same-sex marriage equality.
At his parent’s request, Prince Warwick journey’s across the land to find a Princess to marry, all the while having the constant companionship of his horse Cinnamon, Sir Arthur his teddy bear, and his pushy but well-meaning stand up comic narrator.
His quest leads him to find a king obsessed with fishcakes, a princess who designs edible footwear and finally the prince of his dreams, but his adventures are only just beginning.
Prince Warwick sets out trying to find a way to please the expectations of the world, only to find that true acceptance of ourselves is what is needed for happiness.
The production will feature TWO FAMILY MATINEE SHOWS appropriate for family audiences 2pm Sunday 20 January and 2pm Wednesday 23 January as well as 8 regular evening shows from Friday 18 January- Saturday 26 January 2013.
Family Matinee performances 2pm Sunday 20 January and 2pm Wednesday 23 January.
Other performance dates: Friday 18 January 2013 through Saturday 26 January 2013 7.30 pm every evening
